Apex Group’s senior management team, project managers, team leaders and workers are responsible for protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information accessed through their employment or engagement with the organisation. Personal information must only be collected, accessed, used, disclosed and stored for authorised business purposes and in accordance with this policy and applicable legal requirements. Senior management team members, project managers and administrative staff are responsible for ensuring appropriate controls are implemented to safeguard employee information, while all workers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and immediately reporting any suspected privacy breaches, unauthorised disclosures or data security incidents.
