With a focus on work health and safety, quality and the environment, Nicole Mays plays a vital role at Apex Communication Technologies as the QHSE Advisor and Return to Work Coordinator. With more than 25 years of experience in quality, health, safety and environmental management, she specialises in developing and maintaining Apex’s Integrated Management System (IMS), preparing QHSE documentation, managing legislative compliance, coordinating injury management and return to work programs, and supporting the organisation’s commitment to continual improvement.

With a background in policy development, technical writing and project management across Australia and the United States, Nicole brings strong analytical, organisational and communication skills to the role. She is committed to helping Apex meet legislative, regulatory and ISO management system requirements while fostering a culture of safety, quality, environmental responsibility and continual improvement.
